Cortland Rotary Clubs Clean Up Local River

Ten Rotarians from the Cortland Breakfast Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Cortland teamed up with eight local students to spend several hours on September 26 cleaning the banks of the Tioughnioga River in Cortland.
