TAILGATING ๐Ÿˆ FELLOWSHIP ๐Ÿˆ FUN

Saturday, Aug 31st

Tailgating at Noon | Kick-off at 3:30pm @ JMA Dome, Syracuse

TAILGATING DETAILS

Tailgating will be at the Erwin First United Methodist Church,
at 920 Euclid Ave, Syracuse from Noon-2pm on game day.

It is $15/car to park in that lot, or you can park elsewhere and meet us there.
It is about a mile from the dome and an easy walk for those going to the game after.
You can join in tailgating even if you are not going to the game and just want to enjoy a fun cookout with Rotary friends!

The First Gentleman (President Lizzy's husband Scott) will be grilling up hot dogs, so bring your
favorite sides, snacks and drinks to share. Alcohol is not permitted. Bring your chair as well!

Please RSVP to the tailgate so we have enough dogs for all to Paul at pszemkow@esf.edu
and let him know if you will be parking at the church or not.
(It's really important to RSVP so we have email contacts for all possible
attendees in case of any last minute changes due to weather or otherwise!)

TWO WAYS TO JOIN IN THE FUN

Tailgating Only
If you prefer to socialize and don't care about the game, you can come just to tailgate with us. RSVP to Paul at pszemkow@esf.edu if you are going to tailgate.

Tailgate & The Game
Of course you can come tailgate with us AND get tickets to the game to stay for some football. Unfortunately, the way tickets work, we won't really be sitting together inside the dome, which is why the tailgating is so important and our social time together. We have selected two sections for choosing your seats so we will at least be kind of close! Let's try to fill up section 113 first!

Either way, be sure to RSVP to Paul if you are going to tailgate so we can collaborate on dishes to pass and any last minute updates!
Coming from out of town? We have a room block at the Collegian Hotel nearby. It is still a little pricey because it's a holiday weekend, but it's the best rate we could find at $309 for the single night stay. To book, call Rob Marino at 315-501-2617 and tell him you are with the โ€œRotary Room Block."
