Join us for Conference 2026 in downtown Syracuse. We will come together to collaborate and share ideas, celebrate our accomplishments, and plan a vibrant future. Please read on for details on the registration set up so you don't miss any of the fun. Did we mention it's free parking!?
Registration is now open!
Registration Instructions
Choose the ticket that aligns with how you want to attend conference - all day Saturday, just for dinner Saturday, or if you are coming as a couple there are discounts to register together.
Choose the Appropriate Ticket:
- Solo Package - for a full Saturday at conference, includes lunch and dinner
- Pairs Package - a full Saturday at conference with lunch and dinner for two!
- Saturday Dinner Only - entry to conference starting Saturday at 3pm with dinner for one
- Youth Exchange Chaperone - for YE chaperones only
- Youth Exchange Student - for YE students only
Registration Add-ons (add these tickets when signing up or as stand-alone purchases):
- Sunday Breakfast - If you are staying overnight Saturday, add this to get a take-out breakfast before you head home or to fuel up before you join in a service project
- PDG Breakfast - This special breakfast for Past District Governors and their partners will be a full buffet in a private room at the hotel on Sunday morning, open to all PDG's and partners (even if you do not attend Saturday's events!)
More sign-ups for additional weekend events still to come:
- Friday Night Dine-Arounds - All will be invited to join us for small group outings to downtown restaurants with a separate sign up where you choose which restaurant experience you want. This is open to any members and guests coming in the night before or who live locally and want to join in - no conference registration required. Each location will include a CNY Rotary leader (or two), plus a mix of fellow members, so you can make new connections. Each diner will pay for their own meal.
- Friday Foundation Celebration - This is a dessert reception being held back at the hotel after our dine-arounds that is free to attend and will require registration just so we have enough sweets to go around. We will celebrate the impact of our Rotary Foundation and present special awards, so if you are in town that evening it will be a nice way to socialize after dinner. When the sign-up is ready you will be notified.
- Sunday Service Projects - Our Service Committee Chair Donna and Syracuse area Rotary leaders are putting together a series of service projects that all are invited to participate in on Sunday. Just like with all the other weekend events, you don't have to have attended Saturday's conference to join in on a service project! All will be invited to sign up once details are ready.
Watch your email for the invitation to sign up for these special events when they are ready!
Payment Note: You do not need PayPal to check out. Click the PayPal button to check out and then on the next screen you can choose not to log-in and instead pay by credit/debit card.
Refund Requests: Should something change and you need to cancel your registration, please contact Conference Chair Sam. Please do not cancel via PayPal as that hurts our rating with them when your claim makes it appear this charge was in error, as opposed to you just needing a refund.

Throughout the day, visit Rotary Row to connect with our CNY leaders, Rotary programs, and fellow clubs. Enjoy the new scavenger hunt feature for some fun and prizes!
In the evening will be our Red to Toe Dinner. Wear red to support our efforts to End Polio Now. The best part is that you can be as formal or informal as you'd like - from red tees to red gowns, all are welcome.
Click here to pre-order your conference End Polio Now red tee (and anything else from our swag shop) to pick up at check-in. Order by March 22nd please!
At the end of the night, slip away to the bar with some friends, host a hospitality space in your room, or keep the fun going in the ballroom for Rock Bingo Trivia. Can you identify the artist just by listening to the song? See if you can identify enough to get bingo - play as an individual or in teams, join for one round or three or four. It will be a fun way to end the evening!
Sunday, April 12
Optional Breakfast: When registering chose the to-go breakfast ticket whether your doing a service project or heading home if you want something to power your day. We will also be hosting an optional Past District Governor (PDG) Breakfast on this morning - please add that ticket when registering if you wish to attend.
Service Projects: Sunday will be a day of service in partnership with a variety of local non-profits. We are working to set up opportunities for people of all abilities and talents to have a fun way to give back. Separate registration will be required for these events and is coming soon.
