Please accept our sympathies for the news of the passing of a Past District Governor who served the former District 7170, now CNY Rotary. Dick Church joined Rotary in 1980 in Hornell, later transferring to the Nimmonsburg-Hillcrest Rotary Club where he served our region as a District Governor in 1999-2000.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 29th from 4-7pm at the Chopyak-Scheider Funeral Home, 326 Prospect Street, Binghamton. A funeral will take place Wednesday morning.
