The Northville Rotary Foundation played a leading role in expanding outdoor access by funding a new accessible kayak launch on Northville Lake. Raising $60,000, the Foundation helped create a safer, more inclusive way for people of all ages and mobility levels to enjoy paddling.

The new launch replaces a previously steep and difficult shoreline with a specially designed system that includes a floating dock, gangway, and handholds to support easier entry and exit. Local residents, including members of the "Ladies of the Lake" kayaking group, have celebrated the launch for allowing more people to get back on the water independently.

The effort was covered by North Country Public Radio and the Adirondack Explorer.
