Our Public Image leaders from the zone have provided us with a very handy tool - a template center. These are design templates for various print or digital uses, such as social posts, business cards, pamphlets and more. All are properly branded, using Rotary colors and fonts, and all are meant to be customized by you. The templates open in Canva.com, a site that provides basic editing tools so you can customize them with your photos, information, and custom club logo designed in the Brand Center.
HOW TO USE THESE TEMPLATES
Sign in to Canva. A free account works for every template in this library.
Choose a template. Click “Get Template,” then “Use template for new design.” This makes your own copy, so the original stays
untouched for the next club.Add your club logo. Download your official club or district logo from the Rotary Brand Center at brandcenter.rotary.org, then
upload it to replace the placeholder.Make it yours. Swap in your club’s details, photos, and dates. Keep the colors and fonts as they are so your materials stay on-brand.
Download and share. Choose PNG for social media or PDF Print for printed pieces.
