From Books for the World to backpack projects, the dedication of our clubs is clear. But we know there are many more powerful initiatives happening across the region that haven’t yet been captured. That’s where you come in.
Help the Service Committee build a central Service Bank that showcases what clubs are doing across CNY. By centralizing this information, the district can create a living resource—clubs can spark ideas, collaborate on similar goals, and highlight the breadth of Rotary impact across our communities.
Want to get involved?
If you’re passionate about growing Rotary’s service footprint and want to help shape how we connect, support, and amplify the incredible work being done across Central New York, consider getting involved with the CNY Rotary Service Committee. This committee is dedicated to making it easier for clubs to share projects, align efforts, and inspire one another—and we’re looking for members who want to help drive that forward. Whether you’ve already launched a service project or are looking for ways to scale impact in your community, your voice matters.
Committee meetings are typically held on the second Thursday each month, and while they are working sessions for active and prospective committee members, you are encouraged to attend if you’re considering joining. It’s a great way to learn how the committee operates and where you might plug in.
Their next meeting is this Thursday, April 10 at 7 p.m. To join the meeting, RSVP HERE.
Now’s the time to join the conversation, share your ideas, and help shape the future of service across Rotary in CNY.
Together, we are Rotary in action.
