5-Year Matching Incentive (Total = $1,000/year)
Year 1: You give $500 | CNY matches $500
Year 2: You give $600 | CNY matches $400
Year 3: You give $700 | CNY matches $300
Year 4: You give $800 | CNY matches $200
Year 5: You give $900 | CNY matches $100
5-Year Total: You give $3,500 + CNY gives $1,500 = $5,000 to TRF.
Why it matters
This program could increase CNY Rotary’s TRF giving by up to $10,000/year.
Note: Only Annual Fund – SHARE contributions generate District Designated Funds (DDF) that return to support district grants—47.5% of Annual Fund–SHARE donations come back after three years.
Guidelines (at a glance)
Must make a 5-year pledge
Must not be a current PHS member (Paul Harris Fellows are eligible)
Annual gift due February 1 each Rotary year
You make your own payments; program overseen by the CNY Rotary PHS Chair
Donations may be directed to Annual Fund–SHARE, Polio Plus, disaster response, or approved global grants (only Annual Fund–SHARE returns DDF to the district)

Rotarians should contact Bob or Don indicating willingness to make the 5-year PHS pledge.

Participants selected: March 1, 2026
First $500 donation due: May 1, 2026
