The Endicott Rotary Club recently held a memorable weekly meeting at the Binghamton University Baseball Stadium Complex, combining fellowship, fine dining, and a behind-the-scenes look at one of the region’s premier athletic facilities.
Members gathered in the stadium’s VIP suite for a buffet lunch, enjoying sweeping views of the field and time for camaraderie. Following lunch, the group was treated to an informative tour led by Brian Jester, Associate Director of Athletics. Jester shared insights into the planning and construction of the new complex, which was made possible by a record-setting $60 million gift from an anonymous alumnus—the largest single donation in the history of Binghamton University.
The state-of-the-art facility has already proven its impact. In 2025, the Binghamton Bearcats baseball captured the America East Conference championship, adding to the excitement and pride surrounding the program.
The visit was especially meaningful for Rotary members because of the club’s ongoing role at the stadium. The Endicott Rotary Club operates the concession stand at the Binghamton University baseball complex, a major volunteer project and key fundraising effort for the organization. Rotarians and community volunteers serve a variety of fan favorites during games, including Lupo’s charpit, chicken, and hot dogs. Proceeds from concession sales help support the club’s charitable initiatives and service projects throughout the community.
