The Rotary Club of Cortland presented its annual Rotary Radio Day on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., broadcasting from Always Classic X101.5 FM.
Rotary members spoke about Introduction to Rotary, the Rotary Foundation, the Youth Exchange Program (including two exchange students from Paraguay and Spain!), and Community Service Projects, sharing their latest and best. Listeners tuned in to hear what the club was doing.
The program also featured community members discussing premier music venues in the area (worth traveling to!), programs that serve and support youth, efforts to strengthen school–home connections, and the creation of a day space for the unhoused. The Rotary Club of Cortland has served the needs of the community for over 100 years. The club offered this program annually to highlight its own best work and that of the community—because knowledge can change people’s lives for the better. Its mission was to do its part.
