November is Rotary Foundation Month, and we’re celebrating the generosity of Central New York Rotarians and the life-changing impact their support has made around the world. Join us for the 2025 Foundation Luncheon, hosted at the renowned Brook’s House of Bar-B-Q in Oneonta. We’ll provide a delicious buffet featuring many of Brook’s signature dishes—so come hungry!
A Taste of What’s to Come
Here are a few highlights to whet your Foundation appetite:
- 800+ donors: More than 800 individuals and clubs in CNY Rotary contributed to The Rotary Foundation last Rotary year. (Find your name on the list at the event!)
- Nearly $250,000 raised: CNY Rotarians and clubs contributed almost a quarter of a million dollars to the Annual Fund. We’ll recognize the clubs that led the way in generosity.
- End Polio Now: Contributions totaled over $85,000 last year. Clubs that met PDG Randy Wilson’s $1,500 challenge will receive special recognition.
- Global impact: CNY Rotary clubs are currently sponsoring or supporting Global Grant projects in:
- Costa Rica
- India
- Nigeria
- Serbia
- The United States
- …and more!
These five nations represent four different continents, showcasing how CNY Rotarians truly serve on a global scale.
Three projects supported by our Foundation donations will be featured during the luncheon. Rotarians from the sponsoring clubs will share how their efforts are making a real difference.
