All four Rotary Clubs of Area 17 in CNY Rotary were awarded the Rotary Club of Excellence.
Area Rep Conrad Janke awarded Clubs of Excellence certificates to: Ginger Dudgeon of The Rotary Club of Cortland; Mark Roberts of the Cortland Breakfast Rotary; Dave Perkins and Mary Ann Murphy of the Tully Rotary; and Jim Petrie of the Whitney Point Rotary (Cindy Burger of the Binghamton Noon Club joined in).
