I give a big thank you to all clubs who hosted this year and wish all the students a safe trip home. We have enjoyed getting to know all of you and are grateful for all the activities that you participated in, between school and your community.
Here’s an overview what our kids have accomplished through Service projects: Figure 2-4 hours each at— Halloween event, Breakfast with Santa, chicken BBQs, Balloon Fest, Election Day Blood Drive, Salvation Army Bellringer, selling breakfast sandwiches at Saturday fairs, painting faces at the fair, painting fences and cleaning in the park, 5K run, reading to Elementary kids weekly and tutoring Spanish and helping Senior Citizens with backyard clean up.
Then other events: You select the time spent doing…African fundraiser, donut sale in school, packing presents for poor kids, bringing food to the homeless, Library volunteering, pre-painting a building, Veteran’s Food Collection, volunteering at church, repairing chrome books at school, selling snacks for a fundraiser, ice rink fundraiser, and donating blood.
They were involved in sports: skiing, soccer, football, basketball, track, lacrosse, snowboarding, hiking, camping, wrestling, cheerleading, and tennis. They joined
school clubs, did the school musical, ceramics, drama, modeling, learning poker, and attending town/school board meetings.

Hardships included making friends, language, fitting in, being challenged because they weren’t American and of course—new foods, and they didn’t get to travel as much as they would have liked! 2025-2026 was a good year. Safe homecoming to all and please stay in touch.
