Come for a half day of learning to help you prepare to lead your club in 2025-26, then stay for the Conference of Champions weekend after!
Courses will include specialized training for secretaries and treasurers, as well as classes on Membership, Foundation, DEI, Public Image, Youth and more. We'll also feature keynotes on Rotary's Action Plan and the importance of service in our communities.
Breakfast is included.
This event is free to attend, but costs CNY money for each person included in our final headcount.

Following Learning Assembly, you will be encouraged to explore the Capital City, with many sights to see within walking distance. You will be on your own for lunch, Capitol building tours are at 2pm, and then the Conference of Champions registration will begin at 3pm.
JOIN US FOR THE CONFERENCE OF CHAMPIONS
We have combined Learning Assembly with our conference weekend to be more efficient. We hope you will be able to plan for a full weekend immersed in Rotary by also registering to attend conference. We will continue our learning opportunities with lots of inspirational breakouts and speakers, celebrate our leaders with the Parade of Presidents to kick off Friday night, and have fun with our sneaker ball and sports theme. We'll wrap on a calming note with our peace day on Sunday, including a remembrance service for members we have lost, and a vision for a more peaceful world through Rotary's programs. Registration includes your meals, all that goes into putting on the event, and all taxes and fees. The hotel must be booked separately here, with a discounted rate that we've arranged for all attendees.
