Join us for the first official CNY Rotary Conference in our state's capital, with much to see and do, including meeting so many more friends from throughout the new region!

Youth Exchange Chaperone - $315
Registration for Youth Exchange Chaperones only, to include:
-Registration fee, which covers event expenses like a/v, name badges, signage and more
-Five Meals: Friday Dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday brunch (Saturday lunch is a pizza party with the kids)
-All administrative fees, credit card fees (PayPal), sales tax and gratuity

Youth Exchange Registration: $0

This ticket is solely for Youth Exchange Students. All should be registered individually at no charge and it includes the full weekend meal package.

Optional Add-On

-Donate to support our Youth Exchange Students at the event, with 100% of these donations going towards their room and board.

All registrations will be paid for online through PayPal, which does not require you to have an account to use, but can process any credit card for payment.

Once you have registered, be sure to book your stay at the host hotel, which is a separate step.

You can still book a stay at the hotel under our event by calling the hotel directly at 518-427-3018 and let them know that you are with the CNY Rotary Conference!

Friday, April 4

Learning Assembly will take place in the morning, separate registration will be required

12-3pm: Lunch and site-seeing on your own

3-5pm: Conference Registration Opens

5pm: Happy Hour

6pm: Dinner and evening program

Saturday, April 5

This day will include speakers, breakout sessions, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some breakout topics we've confirmed include:

Grants Inspiration
Meet a Paralympic Athlete
We will also have a hands-on service project you can help with!

Plan for a couple of hours in the afternoon where you can do activities in the hotel or some walkable site-seeing.

See details below for the connection between our CNY Rotary Book Club and a visit to the nearby New York State Museum!

The evening will be our sneaker ball, where you can all dressed up while wearing sneakers for comfort and style!

Sunday, April 6

We will hold a day of peace, remembering members we've lost, learning about Rotary's Peace initiatives, and raffling our peace pole. Festivities will conclude before noon at the latest.
